Processing Time
PRE ORDER UNITS : All units take about 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS (Not including holidays.)
Factors such as issues with shipping companies may cause a few delays and units may take a bit longer. I advise that you order as early as possible to avoid any issues.  If you’re in need of a unit by a specific time, please don’t hesitate to let us know! I’ll be more than happy to work with you! If not , check out ready to ship units .
READY TO SHIP UNITS and extensions :  Allow 1-3 days for your order to ship.

Shipping Policy
Please ensure that the address you provided is correct. We will not be held liable for any LOST/STOLEN packages.

International orders: We ship through DHl. Please be aware that custom fees may apply from the CARRIER and WE not the one charging you any additional fees. All customers are responsible for paying any custom fees that may apply.

Once your order has been completed , shipping usually takes up to 1-4 business days to arrive depending on where the customer resides. Express shipping is offered at checkout.

Business days are Monday -Friday ( Observed holidays + weekends are not included. )

Cancellations: ONCE ORDER IS PLACED YOU HAVE UNTIL THAT SAME DAY TO CANCEL. You will not be able to cancel any time after that. Cancellations are an inconvenience as we do strive to keep things running as smooth as possible. THANK YOU!

Returns & refund
Returns are permitted within two(2) days of receiving the order. The unit must be returned in the same manner that you received it, LACE IN TACT & UNWORN and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene purpose, hair cannot be returned once worn. Refunds are processed to your original payment methods once item has been received and inspected. Return fee is the customer’s responsibility.

Important Info:
For preorders , please  be sure that you are measuring your head correctly before purchasing a unit. Ensure that your braids are FLAT and small enough to get an accurate measurement. Custom Color Disclosure:
There is a possibility the colors of wigs will not be EXACTLY like the picture but I do get colors as close as possible. Especially with colors such as highlights as they aren’t always identical. Lighting does play a huge role and can also alter the way the custom color may look. Nonetheless, i do strive to recreate each unit as close as possible!
