Shipping policy

We have a standard 48-72 hour processing time prior to the shipment of all orders, then after dispatched it takes 2-6 working days.

This processing timeframe is subject to change due to sales or holidays.

Please review our shipping methods to receive an estimated timeframe of the delivery of your package.

*************INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: There is a possible Customs fee that can be requested by the postal service upon delivery/receipt of the package. Mattee Lush Hair is not at liberty to calculate or charge customer as we have no control over the fees required outside of regular shipping fees. Customer is responsible for additional shipping charges.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED, ABANDONED OR DISPOSED PACKAGES! ALL SALES ARE FINAL! *****************

Processing Time

  • READY TO SHIP UNITS and extensions : Allow 1-3 days for your order to ship.
  • PRE ORDER UNITS : All pre-order units take about 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS (Not including holidays.) Factors such as issues with shipping companies may cause a few delays and units may take a bit longer. I advise that you order as early as possible to avoid any issues. If you’re in need of a unit by a specific time, please don’t hesitate to let us know! I’ll be more than happy to work with you! If not , check out ready to ship units .

Shipping Policy

  • Please ensure that the address you provided is correct. We will not be held liable for any LOST/STOLEN packages.
  • International orders: We ship through DHL. Please be aware that custom fees may apply from the CARRIER and WE not the one charging you any additional fees. All customers are responsible for paying any custom fees that may apply.
  • Once your order has been completed , shipping usually takes up to 1-4 business days to arrive depending on where the customer resides. Express shipping is offered at checkout.
  • Business days are Monday -Friday ( Observed holidays + weekends are not included. )

Returns + Cancellations

Returns are permitted within 2 days of receiving package. The unit must be returned in the same manner you received it, LACE IN TACT & UNWORN and in it’s original packaging.

Return policy applies for bundles & products.
No exchanges are permitted.

Cancellations : ONCE ORDER IS PLACED YOU HAVE UNTIL THAT SAME DAY TO CANCEL ( 11:59PM EST ). You will not be able to cancel any time after that. Cancellations are an inconvenience as we do strive to keep things running as smooth as possible. THANK YOU!

IMPORTANT – INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

International orders are shipped from South Africa.

Customs duties, import taxes (VAT/GST), customs clearance fees, brokerage fees and any other charges imposed by your country’s customs authorities or courier are NOT included in your order or shipping fee. These costs are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid by the customer directly to the relevant authorities/courier.

Customers are also responsible for providing accurate information required for customs clearance and complying with all import requirements in their country.
