Readily available units can be collected immediately after payment reflects or shipped in 1-2 working days.
If a unit is not readily available, preorder takes 10-12 working days.
Sale delivery is 15-20 working days after end of sale.
Payment plan unit are shipped 1-3 days after final payment has been made.

Please not that we do not sell this type of hair. Virgin hair is from various donors, also due to the processing, whether chemically or steaming of tetures such bone straight, burmese and body wave , these are all considered virgin hair. The hair will not bleach to 613 but can lift up to #27

Yes minimal shedding is normal, as the hair is wefted. It is just minimal shedding and following hair care tips helps with this.

Yes all our wigs are fully styled, machine made, fully customised, beginner friendly.

All sales are final but if there are faults to the hair you can bring it back to fix.
